International women’s day is a day dedicated for women all around the world, that much knowledge we all have, right! what more you know about it….ok so you might be knowing(or google it anytime) when it started, where it started and all the “general knowledge” which is good enough for any academic exam, but what do you understand why even after more than 100 years of celebrating women’s day, the situation seems the same for many women around the globe, but why? Finding out this “why ” is too complicated for a women like me, who has not much knowledge of world’s history and politics.
But from my level of understanding, i feel some women are taking undue advantage of their rights and some are not even aware of them. one side there are some women who are having all the leverages and still blaming men and society and otherside some are living as a second class citizen without complaining. So my conclusion here is that you can not always blame men, it is not “men vs. women” anymore. At least from those women who have opportunity to raise their voice and they are being heard also, should not expect questions like “why should men have all the fun” , let’s move on from this to some higher purpose. Your fuzz for feminism (many-a-time fake) is creating chaos for no reason.
Today we as women are more powerful than ever, why we want to become like Men, we are different, they are different. We can help each other to build a strong community. Let’s take care of each other, let’s not judge each other, let’s start “Ladies First” from ladies first!!!
